SQUARESPACE Website

LOGIN:

To update the Squarespace website, login into the account: https://squarespace.com/account

You each have your own login, so you would use your email and the password you created.

Username: V1@valorcg.org or V2@valorcg.org
Password: The password you used to set up your Squarespace login.

  1. Once logged in, select Website. You’ll see options on the left-hand side, select Pages.

  2. You’ll then see the list of pages on your website that you can update (also on the left side). Select the page you want to update.

  3. At the top left of the page, you’ll see Edit, select edit to be in edit mode. Now you can make updates to the page.

  5. Once you’ve made edits, at the top left hover over Done and select Save. Your edits are now saved and live on the website.


Schedule/Calendar Updates

LOGIN:

To update your calendar, you need to log in to the Squarespace account: https://squarespace.com/account (see above for instructions)

Select Scheduling/Calendar on the dashboard.

There are a few ways to make updates to the calendar.

Option 1: Once you log in, this link should take you directly to the calendar editing screen: https://valorconsultinggroup.org/config/scheduling/admin/calendars

Option 2: If you’re already logged in and in the website section, you’ll see on the left-hand side options listed: Pages, Design, Commerce, Marketing, Scheduling… You'll select Scheduling. Under Scheduling, scroll down and you'll see Availability. This is where you select Edit Availability/Limits under your calendar. You can then select any of the days and put in the time frame that you are available.

HOW TO MAKE FOrm EDITS:

Once you’re logged in, go to My Forms in the dashboard. You’ll see a list of the forms. Hover over the form you’d like to make an update to and select Edit Form. The form will appear and you can make edits. Edits update automatically on the form.

  • To add a question, select the “Add form element +” (top left), and select the type of content/question you’d like to add. Type in the content/question. Once you’re done, the form is automatically updated.

  • To remove a question, find the question and highlight it, a delete icon will appear (at the bottom of the question), delete the question.

How To View Submissions:

From the dashboard, go to My Forms to see the list of forms. Hover over the form you’d like and select Inbox. The list of submissions for that form will appear. You can search for your client by name in the search box to the left. A copy of the submission will also be emailed to your valorcg.org account for you to review.

How to Download Form Submissions As PDFs:

  1. To download a submission(s) as a PDF, go to the submissions list, you can select the group of submissions or select an individual client’s submission.

  2. On the top right, you’ll see three dots, select that and you’ll have a menu appear.

  3. Select Download and select Print Version (this version color codes the answers i.e. For Behavioral Questionnaire, it will color code yes and no so you know right away the yes answers, the Download Version is plain colored)

Gmail/Workspace

LOGIN:

To Access Your Gmail or Google Workspace Account, login to your account here: https://accounts.google.com (using your V1 or V2 email and password)

You are both admins (with your emails), but if you need to log in:

Username: Susan_v1
Password:
Fortitude2023!!

This will be the same login if you want to access your Google Drive/Workspace. You can save and share files in this area.
